What courier do you use for deliveries?

All orders will be sent via UPS.

How long does it take for home delivery?

There are 3 types of delivery service:

  • Standard delivery in approximately 2-4 business days
  • Expedited 48 Hour Delivery
  • Premium Next Day

Can I collect from a local store?

Sorry! All orders can only be shipped via UPS.

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has bbeen processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. We also ask for a mobile number so our courier can inform you of the status of your order.

Do you currently ship out of United States?

Sorry! At this time shipping can only be done within the US. Stay tuned for more updates on international shipping.

PAYMENTS

Which payment types do you accept?

Currently accepting all major payment cards and use Stripe.com through the WooCommerce payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card. All prices are in charged in US Dollars (USD) and this will be exchanged to your local currency by your bank or card issuer.

Do you accept refunds?

Because orders are made at time of purchase, refunds are currently not accepted. If you receive a damaged product during shipping, please contact orders@jaymerch.com for a replacement.

How do I use promotional codes?

You can apply your promotional codes during checkout!

When will my card be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of the payment system with WooCommerce,the full cost will be charged to the card as soon as its placed.
